Escape Pod!

Another in a series of drawings by Christuffer that explores superheroes and what they do when crime is down, but their lust for peril and adventure still tugs at their hearts.

Here we find one such subject, the comely Capt. Marvel, held prisoner inside a huge plant pod: He most likely stretched out at the base of the giant predator plant, pulled off his boots, and leaned back for a nice nap, only to find himself drugged into helplessness by the evil plant pollen, scooped up like a sack of potatoes, and encased in a flexible but unbreakable seed pod where he will remain, floating in some kind of paralytic jelly, until one of his hero pals wanders-by and rescues him.

In this way, all of the superheroes keep each other entertained and busy feeling needed, while those who have "a penchant for peril" say, can explore their special desires in their spare time....
